Responsibilities

Providing dedicated 1:1 care; Supporting with mobility, communication, and personal care; Delivering clinical care in a variety of complex needs; Willing to travel up to 1 hour away to cover the West Sussex area

Requirements

Experience in complex care; Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
