We support service users in the following locations across Hertfordshire: Markyate, Falmstead, Harpenden, Redbourn, Hatching Green, Southdown. We welcome applications from drivers based in and around the surrounding areas. Pay Rate: £14.60 - £16.00 per hour plus 30p mileage. Shifts work across seven days a week, DAY - 06:00/7:00 am – 2:00 pm, EVENING – 2:00 pm – 10:00/11:00 pm.

Responsibilities

Supporting clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes; Following individual care plans; Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence, medication); Helping with practical tasks such as shopping, meals and housework; Assisting with mobility problems and physical disabilities; Providing companionship and emotional support; Preparing meals and assisting with feeding; Managing medication; Health monitoring and reporting changes; Encouraging social inclusion; Documenting care and incidents; Ensuring safety and responding to emergencies; Collaborating with care team and family members
