Care Assistant

We are currently looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated branch. As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

Helping vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes; Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and respect; Companionship and preventing loneliness; Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting; Medication management including collecting prescriptions and assisting with administration; Nutrition and mealtimes including preparing meals and assisting with feeding; Housekeeping including light cleaning, laundry, and tidying; Mobility assistance including transfers, walking support, and mobility aids; Health monitoring and reporting changes to healthcare professionals and family members; Social inclusion and encouraging community activities; Emotional support; Documentation and record keeping; Safety and emergency response; Collaboration with care team members, healthcare professionals, and family members

Requirements

Right to work in the UK; Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle; Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others; Reliability and a naturally caring nature; Willingness to learn new skills and develop your career; Great communication and a collaborative team spirit; Excellent communication skills, compassion, and reliability

Nice to have

Previous experience in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, Childcare, Education, Hair & Beauty, Warehousing, Office Administration, or caring for family members
