Care Assistant

We’re currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to support service users across Southwark and surrounding areas. As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities

Providing essential care and support in the homes of clients following personalised care plans; Supporting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming); Assisting with medication (preparation and administration); Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely; Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support; Carrying out light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning); Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships; Monitoring health and reporting changes; Maintaining accurate records; Ensuring safety and responding to emergencies; Collaborating with colleagues, professionals, and families

Requirements
