Care Assistant - Sit ins

As a Sit-In Care Assistant, you'll provide dedicated support and companionship to individuals in residential settings, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support; Assist with daily living activities where required; Support residents with meals and refreshments; Encourage independence and social engagement; Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to senior staff; Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues; Help create a safe, caring, and welcoming environment
