What We Offer You

£13.30 an hour on weekdays & £14.10 on weekends PLUS DOUBLE PAY on Bank Holiday. Mileage paid at 0.45p per mile. Morning/Evening shifts – great around study, childcare or another job

As a Care Assistant, Support Worker, HCS or Home Carer you’ll be supporting older adults with their evening routines, providing reassurance and helping them feel safe at home.

Responsibilities

Morning/evening personal care (washing, toileting, dressing for bed); Giving medication support and support with mobility; Preparing light meals, drinks and snacks; Offering companionship and conversation at the end of the day; Recording simple care notes after each visit; Taking clients out into the community for socialising or appointments

Requirements

A valid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable.; Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS; You have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer any form of Sponsorship)

Nice to have

Level 4 English and IT literate; A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference; Resilient, reliable, proactive with a can-do attitude
