Responsibilities

Help older people live with dignity; help them get around, go to the bathroom, take a shower, or enjoy a meal with a friendly face – in line with their personalised care plan; help them celebrate life with community-based fun and social activities; bring them a sense of belonging

Requirements

A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support; An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs; 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry; Strong interpersonal and communication skill; A real love of caring; A willingness to jump in and do the work; A genuine desire to make a difference
