Casual Pastry Chef

Searcys are looking for a Casual Pastry Chef to join Searcys Events at High Wycombe.

Working as a Pastry Chef for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories. As a Chef de Partie you will work across all sections of the kitchen and support the Exec/Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue.

Job Type: Casual Contract

Salary : £19 per hour

Responsibilities

To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.; Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required.; Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.; To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to; Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.

Requirements

Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load; Ability to work under pressure; Excellent standards; Experience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable; Able to work effectively as part of a team; Attention to detail; Strong communication skills
