Casual Sales Assistant

Ally Fashion is an Australian-based multi-brand fast fashion destination offering value, quality and on-trend outfits. The Casual Sales Assistant will focus on delivering an amazing customer experience in the Erina store, building rapport with regular customers, providing fashion consultation, and acting as a brand ambassador while working across various areas of the store.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer experience in store; build rapport with regular customers and recognize loyal customers; provide care and fashion consultation; stay on top of stock levels; connect with and understand customers to drive store sales results; maintain in-store visual merchandising; support duties across sales floor, front register, fitting rooms and store reserves; act as brand ambassador

Requirements

Genuine love of fashion; enjoy working in a fast-paced environment; work well under pressure; passion to succeed; proactive, hands-on and self-driven; flexibility to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade; subject to satisfactory police record check

Nice to have

Proven experience in retail (preferably fashion); eye for fashion styling; inspiration by fashion trends; desire to continuously exceed customers' expectations
