Casual Support Worker/ Cleaner

You will provide in-home support to older clients, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home support to older clients; Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living; Provide companionship and social support; Assist with light domestic duties, laundry, and meal preparation; Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and community activities; Follow individual care plans and report any concerns to the Care Manager; Respect clients' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times

Requirements

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent) or a relevant qualification; Current National Police Check; Valid driver's licence, comprehensive insurance and access to a reliable vehicle; Good communication skills and a caring, professional attitude; Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Nice to have

Previous aged care or home care experience; Current First Aid and CPR certificates
