Center Supervisor

You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

Responsibilities

Oversee general management of employees assigned to production areas; Oversee employee performance and scheduling; Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts; Work with donors to resolve concerns; Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events; Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas; Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification; Frequent bending and reaching; Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds; Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance; Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required
