ChatGPT Developer

Role Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a ChatGPT Developer to build applications and integrations powered by OpenAI's models. You'll design conversational experiences, custom GPTs, and API-driven features that solve real business problems.

Responsibilities

Design and build applications and features using OpenAI's ChatGPT/API models; Develop custom prompts, system instructions, and conversation flows; Integrate ChatGPT capabilities into existing products and workflows; Test and refine outputs for accuracy, safety, and consistency; Monitor usage, costs, and performance of AI integrations; Stay current with new OpenAI features and best practices

Requirements

2+ years of experience developing with the OpenAI API or similar LLM APIs; Strong prompt engineering skills; Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/ Node.js; Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs; Understanding of conversational AI design principles

Nice to have

Experience building custom GPTs or AI assistants; Familiarity with vector databases and RAG techniques; Knowledge of AI safety and content moderation practices
