Chief Procurement Manager - Transmission Line

We are hiring an experienced Procurement Manager for reputed EPC Company

Pre-Requisite
Need to have 15 - 20 years’ experience in Power transmission industry in Procurement Function. Negotiation and delivery management skills along with good stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills are important

Key Responsibilities
Will closely work with Tendering Team, Projects team and Suppliers to ensure cost effective and innovative procurement solutions for International TL are developed to increase winnability of orders, improve Company bottom-line and timely revenue achievement in execution.

Project Team, Suppliers, Tendering team

Skills
Good interpersonal skills with different stakeholders in Organization, Deep knowledge of Transmission line items, Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, Advanced excel skills, Process Oriented, Be an inspiring leader for Team, Passionate for driving cost down and increasing responsiveness

Requirements

Electrical Engineer from a good institute and full time MBA from minimum tier 2 institute; 15 - 20 years in EPC or relevant industry with deep knowledge in Transmission line items procurement like conductors, insulators, hardware items, OPGW etc
