Childrens Entertainment Co-ordinator (Permanent)

Responsibilities

Supervise children in designated play areas, including the marquee and inflatables, ensuring their safety at all times; Plan and organise creative activities and events, such as treasure hunts and performing arts, tailored to different age groups; Maintain the cleanliness and safety of play areas and equipment, reporting any issues promptly; Conduct daily safety checks of the inflatables area and arrange for repairs or maintenance as needed; Source and purchase items for the marquee and assist in planning its setup each season; Provide first aid and take appropriate action in the event of accidents or emergencies; Care for and ensure the well-being of any animals belonging to the client, reporting any concerns to the Office Manager; Liaise with contractors and suppliers for the children's play equipment, reporting any issues immediately; Research ideas and refine proposals for both inflatables and arcade games; Help in the planning and execution of birthday parties and events for the children; Provide cover for colleagues during absences; Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position

Requirements

Experience in a similar role working with children; Current First Aid qualification
