Responsibilities

Specialty heads IQC to ensure incoming quality within spec.; Specialty heads recycle for cost saving.; Heads' calibration disk generation for production sustaining.; IGC head bonding for production sustaining.

Requirements

Diploma, Major in Engineering will be preferred.; Minimum 2years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiar with microscope operation.; Familiar with machine trouble shooting and alarm handling.; Good sense and follow up on quality issue and project.; Experience on machine and tooling routine PM.; Good interpersonal and communication skill.; Workable English.; Familiar with office software: Microsoft Word/excel/ Power point
