Christmas Casual - Nespresso Brand Ambassador

Christmas casual position representing an internationally recognised coffee brand during the festive season. The primary focus is demonstrating Nespresso coffee through sampling and converting engagements into sales. Employer: CGL – Retail Services, representing Creative Activation and Clemenger Field Marketing. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted due to high application volume.

Responsibilities

Engage customers through coffee sampling; Convert customer engagements into coffee sales; Assist customers in finding their perfect machine; Drive brand engagement; Work collaboratively with team members; Represent the brand and create a positive, highly engaging customer experience

Requirements

High energy; Passion to work within a team; Passionate about quality customer service; Weekend availability, primarily weekend work with some weekdays during the Christmas trading period; Excellent communication and relationship building skills; Available November to January
