City Business Lead – Field Sales & Operations

Instawork is building one of India’s largest commercial video data collection networks and looking for highly driven field operators who can build teams, close business deals, and drive on-ground operations. This is not a desk job. This role is for hustlers who can operate independently, unlock locations, manage people, and deliver results.

Responsibilities

Visit factories, shops, workshops, kitchens, warehouses, garages, and other commercial businesses; Convince business owners to allow commercial video data collection; Build relationships and close partnerships; Hire and manage Field Officers (FOs) and Data Collectors (DCs); Ensure daily recordings happen smoothly at business locations; Drive collection targets, team productivity, and output quality; Expand into new categories and new areas

Requirements

Strong communication and convincing skills; Ability to hire and manage teams on the ground; Ownership mindset and high energy; Comfortable with travel and field work; Ability to work independently without constant supervision; Field sales executives; Business development executives; Vendor onboarding professionals; Operations hustlers; Team leaders who can manage field staff
