Claims Adjuster E&O

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join their well-established and market leading Errors and Omissions Team to perform claims handling and claims related administration

Responsibilities

Handle specific class of business, US and International Errors and Omissions, claims for which claims authority has been agreed with the Head of Claims; Ensure the Syndicate meets internal and external standards for claims handling and customer service; Manage end to end claims processes through the use of Syndicate systems; Maintain positive relationships with clients and brokers and third-party experts

Requirements

Demonstrable claims background within Errors and Omissions is essential; Technically sound claims knowledge; Working knowledge of London market claims systems (ECF)

Part ACII qualified or working towards ACII would be advantageous
