Class 2, 4 & 5 Drivers Wanted-Thames

AWF is currently recruiting for multiple clients across the Thames & Coromandel Peninsula and we're looking for experienced drivers to join teams in both the civil construction and waste management sectors. Whether you're an experienced Class 5 Driver with WTR and digger experience or a Class 2 or 4 Driver looking for rubbish collection work, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Operating Class 2, 4 or 5 vehicles safely and efficiently; Transporting materials, machinery and equipment to worksites; Operating excavators and other civil machinery (Civil roles); Completing waste and recycling collection routes; Conducting vehicle pre-start checks and maintaining logbooks; Following health and safety procedures at all times; Working as part of a supportive team to deliver quality outcomes

Requirements

Current Class 5 Licence; Current WTR (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers) Endorsement; Civil construction, roading or infrastructure experience; Current Class 2 or Class 4 Licence; Strong focus on safety and reliability; Positive attitude and strong work ethic; Reliable and punctual; Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test; Clean criminal history; Current right to work in New Zealand

Nice to have

Excavator/digger operating experience advantageous; Previous driving experience preferred
