Class A Delivery Driver

Monarch Distributing is hiring for a CDL Class A Delivery Driver in the Indianapolis area. We are looking for prospective candidates with at least 1 year of touch-freight delivery experience that would like to join Indiana’s largest beer distributor. This role is home daily and works Mon-Friday morning shift. Shift: M-F Starting at 5am - until route is complete – off on Saturdays and Sundays. Home Daily. Pay: $80,000 1st year average earnings.

Responsibilities

Unloading and delivering products to customers; Pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle; Safely and professionally operating a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts; Operating powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck; Picking up returned products including payments and pallets; Completing delivery and pickup paperwork; Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old; At least 1 year of touch-freight delivery experience; 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military; Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License; Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
