Class A Driver

!!! $5,000 Seasonal Sign-On Bonus !!!

Insurance Requirements : To be eligible for this role, candidates must be at least 23 years of age and have at least one (1) full year of driving experience operating a Class A vehicle for insurance purposes.

Bonus Eligibility : Must be hired between October 15th-November 30th as a Full-Time Class A Driver and meet other eligibility criteria.

Compensation Details

- $30.00/hour.
- Potential 90-day performance-based increase.
- Annual review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.

Schedule: Typical dispatch times are between 12 AM and 2 AM

The Role: You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Portland Metro area.

Responsibilities

Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries; Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack; Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery; Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers; Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues; Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment; Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate; All other duties as requested or assigned

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one (1) full year of verifiable experience operating a Class A vehicle for insurance purposes; Must be at least 23 years of age for insurance purposes; Valid Class A CDL and medical card; Interstate qualification, registered; Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift; Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English; Satisfactory driving record
