Clinic Service Representative Endocrinology - 40 Hour Day Shift

As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service through registration, check-in, check-out, and financial discussions. Your role is essential in supporting patients, medical staff, and clinic operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.

Responsibilities

Manage patient registration, including face-to-face check-in and check-out, preregistration, and chart reconciliation; Verify insurance and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients, connecting them to the Customer Service Center when needed; Handle cash collections and ensure accurate patient discharge processes; Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the telephone; Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and frequent interruptions

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems; Basic computer skills, including opening software/email, navigating on a keyboard, and logging in/out of systems; Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse populations and age groups; Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting; Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
