Clinical Lead - Community Complex Care - RCN or RGN

Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a growing national complex homecare provider delivering nurse-led services to individuals with highly complex clinical needs within their own homes and communities. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee a caseload of community complex care packages (adults & children) across the West region, primarily covering Bristol, Swindon and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of typically 8 to 10 complex care packages across the West region; Provide clinical oversight, governance, and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery; Conduct client assessments, review care plans, support staff training, and provide clinical supervision to nursing and care staff; Collaborate closely with families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure person-centred outcomes are achieved

Requirements

Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin (Paediatric, RCN or RSCN preferred, but Adult, RGNs will also be considered if having some paediatric experience); Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience; Experience within complex care, acute hospital settings (ITU, HDU, A&E etc.), or community environments; Strong communication and organisational skills; Passion for person-centred care

Nice to have

Experience within community complex care; Clinical competencies such as tracheostomy or ventilator care (training provided if not)
