Responsibilities

Provide essential clinical services to patients, including immunizations and medication therapy management interventions, ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company standards; Engage proactively with customers and patients, offering assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a consistently positive experience; Champion best practices in customer service, inspiring team members to deliver distinctive and delightful interactions; Cultivate strong patient relationships by anticipating needs and proactively offering a range of healthcare services, such as patient consultations, medication management, and drug therapy reviews; Support the strategic shift towards an interpersonal pharmacy model by focusing on wellness services, including immunizations, flu shots, and diabetes awareness programs; Uphold the highest standards of operational excellence, including the diligent application of dispensing policies in compliance with all relevant laws; Maintain continuous professional development by staying current with pharmacy and healthcare advancements through industry publications and company communications; Pursue and obtain necessary certifications, educational credits, and internal training to enhance performance and expertise

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States; Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment; Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position; Be able to work 5 days/week from 5:45 PM – 1:45 AM (scheduled days will vary, but will be consistent throughout the assignment); Have a current and valid Pharmacist’s License in good standing in the state where services are rendered; Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution; Current pharmacist licensure in good standing; Certified Immunizer status
