Cloud Platform Engineer

As the Cloud Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Creative Activation's technology landscape through the modernisation of applications, data platforms, integrations, and Artificial Intelligence capabilities. This is an individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to designing, engineering, and delivering scalable, secure, cloud-native, and AI-enabled solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology partners, and the engineering team, you will transform legacy systems into modern, resilient, API-first platforms designed for scalability, agility, and future innovation.

Responsibilities

Shape the future of Creative Activation's technology landscape through the modernisation of applications, data platforms, integrations, and Artificial Intelligence capabilities; Design, engineer, and deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native, and AI-enabled solutions; Transform legacy systems into modern, resilient, API-first platforms; Translate business requirements into practical, secure, and maintainable solutions; Apply AI to create meaningful business outcomes; Build the next generation of intelligent, cloud-native platforms supporting long-term growth and innovation

Requirements

Bachelors or equivalent in software engineering or computer science; Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions; Azure experience and working toward certification; Demonstrated experience implementing AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions within an enterprise environment; Work collaboratively in a team with internal and external stakeholders; Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders; Analytical and logical thinking; Effective time management and prioritisation of tasks; Experience working in an agile development environment; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with autonomy; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to develop effective relationships with team members and clients; Ability to identify and respond rapidly to sudden changes in priorities and workload
