Responsibilities

Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.; Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activity and social programs.; Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed, reports any variances to Charge Nurse.; Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs, frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.; Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.; Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.

Requirements

Active CNA license for PA; Active CPR certification
