Cocktail Server

As a cocktail server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by taking beverage orders, preparing, serving cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering menus, and taking beverage orders promptly; Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences; Maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and beverage offerings; Carry and balance full trays of beverages while navigating the casino area efficiently; Maintain a clean and organized work area; Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and other staff to provide seamless service; Adhere to all property, company, health, safety, state, regulatory, and liquor service regulations; Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Excellent customer service skills with friendly outgoing personality; Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation; Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Stamina to work on feet for extended periods of time; Attention to detail and ability to follow directions; Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to ten (10) pounds; Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications; Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in smoke, flashing lights, and excessive noise

Nice to have

Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role
