Collections Recovery Coordinator

Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between Lendbuzz and our legal vendors; Communicate with legal vendors, repossession vendors, and management in a timely and orderly fashion; Manage legal file preparation and vendor coordination; Maintain regular review of accounts that have been referred for repossession and legal actions against debtors; Coordinate with and assist internal legal/compliance departments and help in escalated situations; Perform various administrative functions; Manage an account portfolio daily; Establish reporting frameworks and evaluate key performance indicators; Monitor and analyze core performance metrics; Communicate with vendors to ensure accounts are worked properly and efficiently

Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in auto finance, legal recovery, loss mitigation, paralegal support, or high-volume collections; Strong communication skills to manage external legal partners, push for updates on pending litigation, and hold vendors accountable to timeline benchmarks; Previous work in skip tracing and collections, preferably in the automotive industry; Outstanding customer, communication and organizational skill; High level of integrity; Strong sense of teamwork yet able to work independently
