Commercial Litigation Associate

Jameson Legal is instructed on a new Commercial Litigation role at the 4-6 PQE level with our client, a dynamic and entrepreneurial law firm, which advises an impressive client base ranging from startups and private investors to global corporations, household names and family offices. Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder and fraud-related matters; Support larger litigation and arbitration cases; Conduct legal research and deliver strategic advice; Draft correspondence, pleadings, evidence, and applications; Liaise with counsel, experts, and clients; Attend client meetings, mediations, and hearings; Support business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

Mid Senior Level (3-7+ years); 4-6 years PQE; Confident managing matters independently; Working collaboratively within a team; Strong drafting and communication skills; Commercial judgment; Adaptability; Proactive approach to client service and case strategy
