Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A leading regional firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its established Dispute Resolution team. You'll handle a broad mix of commercial and civil disputes, including complex and high-value matters, working closely with an experienced Partner and a well-structured team. Responsibilities

Handle a broad mix of commercial and civil disputes, including complex and high-value matters; Complex commercial and civil litigation; Contractual disputes; Shareholder and partnership disputes; Injunctions; Debt recovery; Regulatory disputes; High-value, sophisticated commercial matters

Requirements

5+ PQE in Commercial Litigation; Senior Level (5-10+ years); Strong experience with complex, high-value disputes; Stable career background & solid training; Good client-handling skills; Able to attend the office twice weekly (remote considered for the right person)
