Commis 3

We are hiring experienced Commis 3 for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking activities
· Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, and garnishes
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen work areas
· Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen instructions accurately
· Ensure proper storage and handling of food products
· Support kitchen staff during busy service hours
· Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly
· Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
· Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
· Minimize food wastage and maintain stock rotation (FIFO)
· Perform opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned
· Learn and develop culinary skills under senior chefs

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred; 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchens preferred; Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field; Good teamwork and communication skills; Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards; Minimum height of 5'6; Age Limit 21-30
