Community Associate

As a Community Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for the Community and act as the face of WeWork. You will report to your building each day to support the Community Management team. WeWork provides flexible workspace solutions to help businesses of all sizes thrive in more than 37 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Community and the face of WeWork; Build a welcoming and collaborative community environment through events and member relationships; Ensure the building is fully operational and processes run efficiently; Drive growth and promotion of WeWork-provided service offerings; Support the Community Team under direction of the Community Lead and Community Manager; Cover the front desk during building business hours; Greet members and guests; Ensure guests sign in per WeWork's guest policy; Keep the front desk clean and organized; Notify members of food deliveries and couriers; Answer member and guest questions about the building; Plan and evaluate events and member engagement; Celebrate member successes and milestones; Promote events, including posting weekly and individual event posters; Receive, process, sort, and organize all mail; Manage the mailroom, including lost package investigations; Track, audit, and organize keys and keycard stock; Review Emergency Equipment locations and usage; Provide support for the automated coffee machine

Requirements

1+ years of hospitality experience; Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills; Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion; Passion for entrepreneurial communities; Passion and understanding of WeWork's mission and values; Proficient in basic computer skills

Nice to have

College graduate with a four-year degree (preferred, but not required); Customer service and/or sales experience
