Community Support Worker

Brainkind is a charity that aims to improve the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personal care to the people we support and support service users to carry out activities such as visits to the local community and attending appointments.

Providing personal care to the people we support; ensuring we meet the high standards we believe in; supporting service users to carry out activities such as visits to the local community and attending appointments

Requirements

genuine empathy for residents; positivity; patience; resilience; teamwork; excellent face-to-face communication skills; good standard of literacy; good time management skills; ability to prioritise own workload; successful candidates subject to compliance checks including 3 years of checkable references and DBS/PVG checks
