Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and compensation analysis to ensure pay structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards; Analyze internal compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement ensuring equity and consistency across the organization; Oversee the bonus pool modelling process and collaborate with finance and senior leadership to adjust models based on performance metrics and organizational needs; Manage the firm’s deferral program and ensure seamless administration of deferred compensation; Act as the primary point of contact for compensation-related inquiries and processes for the offshore HR team; Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements; Assist in automating compensation processes through Excel-based tools

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 3-5 years of experience within compensation analysis or a related field; Experience with market pricing, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking; Strong proficiency in Excel including modelling, data analysis, and advanced function
