Competition & Regulatory Partner

We are exclusively instructed by the global head of Competition and Trade to assist with the hire of an EU Competition Partner to lead their talented Competition and Regulatory team based in their Amsterdam office. Our client’s practice covers the full range of Competition and Antitrust issues, including Merger Control filing and investigations, Behavioural investigations and proceedings – cartels, abuse of dominance etc., Private Enforcement/Follow-on damages claims, State Aid, FDI processes, Ad hoc EU Trade and Regulatory issues. They act for multinationals across a broad range of sectors, with an emphasis on highly regulated and innovative sectors. Private enforcement litigation has a particular strategic importance. Our client is looking to appoint a Partner with an established reputation in the Netherlands Competition and Regulatory arena.
