Complex Care Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing skills and join our team as a Complex Care Assistant supporting a 2-year-old child living with hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to support her neurological and developmental needs, while bringing compassion, emotional awareness, clinical accuracy and resilience to the family home environment. We are seeking someone to join our established care team who is committed to delivering safe, consistent and nurturing support.

Responsibilities

Support a 2-year-old child living with hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy; Provide high-quality, person-centred care to support her neurological and developmental needs; Bring compassion, emotional awareness, clinical accuracy and resilience to the family home environment; Deliver safe, consistent and nurturing support

Requirements

Experience in paediatrics; PEG Feeding; Suctioning; Administering Medication; Moving & Handling Equipment; Full UK licence and access to own vehicle
