Complex Care Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of, though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Enhance your current skill base and join as a Complex Care Assistant; Receive full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care; Care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and other complex needs; Make clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge

Requirements

Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role; No care experience required; Plenty of care, compassion, and resilience
