Responsibilities

Reviewing supplier documentation in Trace Gains portal (Maintain Supplier Registers with document expiration dates and make sure that all supplier docs are up to date); Fulfill customer Requests for Documentation (emails/customer portals); E-filing records; Maintain Controlled Documents in our DC software - SOPS, SSOP's, Forms, Work Instructions, etc - Create/Revise through Change Order Process

Requirements

Education minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field, or high school diploma/GED with 2 years of equivalent work related experience; Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field; Familiar working in a software portal environment (data entry); Document review skills; Administrative support skills; Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills; Strong analytical and computer skills; Must be able to juggle multiple competing projects; Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects; Ability to read and interpret documents such as food safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; Ability to follow instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Nice to have

Food manufacturing/pharmaceutical/legal/academia/regulatory industry experience; Knowledge of manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical, HACCP, GMP’s, SSOP’s and FSMA’s Regulatory Landscape
