Computer Field Technician

This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position, you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.

Responsibilities

Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units; Confirm service times with customers in tech portal; Complete on-site services at residential and commercial customer sites; Pick up parts daily from the assigned FedEx or UPS store before going onsite; Drop off old parts with the pre-paid label after completing calls for the day

Requirements

Prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware; Prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; Comfortable with daily local travel; Access to a computer and the Internet; Available to work a minimum of 3 weekdays; Available to log into tech portal by 9 am each morning worked
