Concessions Cook - RBC Amphitheater

This is a part-time seasonal position at the RBC Amphitheater in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary weekly. Shifts are usually on evenings throughout the week, with a few full-day events scheduled.

Responsibilities

Preparation, cooking, and cleaning of all concessions, grill carts, and condiment stations; knowing how to prepare, cook, and maintain each location using safe food handling practices; reporting to Cook Lead/Cook Supervisor for direction on prep amounts and event times; maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to health and safety regulations; assisting with setting up and closing of the stand

Requirements

Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends when needed

Nice to have

Previous culinary experience; Food Handlers Certificate
