Concessions Operations Attendant (Seasonal)

Serve up festive flavors at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess this holiday season! We’re looking for energetic, fun-loving team players to join our Concessions Team during Christmas at the Princess. This is a seasonal position with employment running from October 31st through January 10th. Open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service; Fresh Kettle Corn, Donuts, Roasted Nuts; Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions; Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet; Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods; Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards; Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage; Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Arizona Liquor Server Certification; Arizona Food Handlers Certification; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities; Highly responsible & reliable; Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment; Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team; Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times; Open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required

Nice to have

Previous lounge experience preferred; Previous point of sale system experience an asset
