Requirements

Construction Job Cost Accounting & Project Financial Support; Subcontractor Pay Applications, Invoicing & Payment Processing; Contract Interpretation & Financial Compliance; Owner Billings, Accounts Receivable & Aging Management; Insurance, Lien & Claims Compliance Tracking; Taxability Review for Construction Contracts & Invoices; Budget Monitoring, Cost Allocations & Reallocations; Analytical Thinking, Organization & Cross‑Functional Collaboration; Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline preferred, equivalent experience considered.; Experience in construction accounting, project accounting, or general accounting preferred.; Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and general accounting theory.; Familiarity with construction accounting software and project‑based financial systems.; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard accounting tools.; Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with project teams and external stakeholders.
