Construction Litigation Lawyer

We are currently instructed by a specialist boutique law firm operating within the projects and construction sector across the Middle East. The firm is seeking to engage with a couple of senior Construction Litigation Lawyers on a fully remote, consultancy basis, starting immediately. The successful consultants will be working on a significant Saudi-Arabia based construction disputes involving claims for liquidated damages and loss and expense.

Requirements

Qualification in England & Wales, Australia and/or New Zealand; At least 8 years' PQE with a strong focus on construction litigation and arbitration; Recent experience gained within a recognised international or City law firm; Prior experience advising clients across the Middle East is essential; Demonstrable experience handling disputes within the Middle East construction sector; Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work autonomously; Immediate availability to undertake consultancy work on a flexible, ad hoc basis
