Consultant Dermatologist

Are you a Consultant Dermatologist looking for a flexible locum opportunity with a specialist dermatology service? We have an exciting opportunity offering fully remote working, flexible hours, and a strong focus on skin cancer pathways.

Responsibilities

Review teledermatology images and referrals; Assess suspected skin cancer cases and determine treatment pathways; Provide consultant-level clinical oversight and decision-making; Participate in weekly Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings; Support the service during periods without substantive consultant cover; Deliver expert medical dermatology advice where required; Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Requirements

GMC registration with a licence to practise; Consultant Dermatologist status; Extensive experience within UK dermatology services; Strong knowledge of UK skin cancer pathways; Experience managing skin cancer referrals and teledermatology cases; Excellent communication and MDT working skills; Ability to work independently within a remote environment
