Your Impact at dss+
You will contribute to high-impact client engagements, working closely with project teams and clients to strengthen Operational Risk Management capabilities and solve complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of consulting engagements across Operational Risk Management, safety, and operational improvement programmes

- Lead defined workstreams and contribute to the successful execution of client projects

- Analyse operational risks, management systems, and performance improvement opportunities

- Conduct interviews, site assessments, workshops, and data analysis activities

- Develop presentations, reports, and recommendations for client engagements

- Work directly with clients to support the implementation of practical risk management solutions

- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and contribute to capability-building initiatives

- Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and business development activities

Requirements

Who You Are; You bring strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments.
