Contract Analyst II

Participates in the development and fulfillment of contract requirements in the purchase or sale/delivery of equipment, materials, products, or services. Evaluates contract compliance and advises others on contractual rights and obligations. Requests amendments to contract terms or contract extensions. Participates in bids or requests for proposals (RFPs), including specifications and requirements. Assists with negotiating contract terms and participates in the determination of acceptable bids.

Responsibilities

Develops statements of work (SOWs), requests for information (RFIs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and requests for proposals (RFPs); Owns and executes contract amendments, change orders, license renewals, and audits; Participates in validation, selection, and award processes to ensure compliance; Negotiates new ventures, amendments, terminations, and maintenance of vendor agreements; Manages and oversees vendor repository in contract management database; Manages communication with vendors and contract disputes; Maintains professional relationships with project managers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; 2 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
