Controller

Our client is an integrated property, asset, and construction management services firm. Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple properties/entities; Review and approve property-level financials and ensure GAAP compliance; Review and approve property-level financial statements; Oversee bank, security deposits, taxes, intercompany reconciliations; Partner with team on variance analysis and NOI drivers; Oversee A/P, A/R, and cash management processes; Coordinate audits, tax filings, and lender reporting; Oversee preparation and review of NYC regulatory filings

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 10-15 years of real estate accounting experience; Strong proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Excel; Experience managing teams nationally; Experience with NYC filings including TC and RPIE
