Responsibilities

Originate, develop, and launch new carry/incentive plans and other compensation related projects; Maintain and review of full accounting records including analytical reviews and monthly/quarterly reporting; Review of capital calls and distributions for co-invest and carried interest entities; Collaborate with multiple teams for monthly and quarterly reporting; Support ad hoc requests including requests from carry and co-invest participants; Liaise with external auditors with regards to statutory fund audits; Support onboarding of carry plans, employee co-investment opportunities, and loan programs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 9-12 years of experience in public and private accounting; Strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting expertise; CPA required

Nice to have

General Partner Accounting experience a plus; Experience with Investran and Salesforce preferred
