Corporate Accountant

Our client is a large net lease REIT focused on acquiring single-tenant properties, with over $20 billion in assets under management.

Responsibilities

Prepare variance analysis and detailed commentary for various compensation accounts on income statement and balance sheet accounts; Perform and record compensation allocation based on advisory agreements and current company guidelines; Assist with various audits including but not limited to workers compensation, benefits, payroll audits and internal SOX requests; Record compensation related journal entries on domestic and foreign subsidiaries; Compile compensation and benefit forecasts for international entities; Assist with collection of outstanding tenant receivables; Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; 1-3 years of related corporate accounting experience; Experience with accruals required
