Corporate Accounting Associate

Our client is a global investment firm that manages diverse assets across private equity, real estate, and credit markets. Known for its large-scale operations, it partners with institutional and private investors to deliver long-term returns.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation; Prepare the consolidated financial statements as well as required footnote disclosures for the firm’s earnings releases and 10-Q/10-K filed with the SEC; Facilitate the day-to-day and month-end accounting processes for the firm’s holding entities; Record and review journal entries as well as reconciling account balances; Assist with the journal entries and associated processes surrounding the firm’s stock-based compensation program; Complete and review the monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting; 3-5 years of related accounting within financial services and/or asset management experience; Experience with public company accounting and disclosure requirements
